Delivery and payment

Delivery within the Slovak republic

  • We will deliver your order over €100 or for selected product FREE to any place within the Slovak Republic 
  • In general, unless otherwise stated and the products are available in stock, the delivery date is from 1 to 2 working days, depending on the payment method chosen by the consumer and the method of transport from the date of the order confirmation by the consumer
  • If the products are not available in stock, the consumer will be informed about the date of availability on the product page, by e-mail or by phone
  • You can check the delivery date and product availability on the telephone number +‭421 233 331 056, on business days from 8:00 to 16:00 or at the email address info@knifestock.eu

The consumer can choose from several methods of delivery of the ordered products:

  1. Delivery by the courier company (Direct Parcel Distribution SK s.r.o.: DPD)

    • within the whole territory of the Slovak Republic
    • delivery of goods on working days between 8:00 -18.00
    • your order will be delivered to the destination on agreed date choosen by you
    • your order will be delivered in front of the first lockable door on your house or apartment
    • the courier company does not provide delivery to other floors
    • above-standard delivery is paid by the customer (contact us for more information)
    • Shipping price: 3€ (with VAT)
    • FREE shipping on products labelled as "free shipping" or on purchases with total amount of over €100

  2. Payment by bank transfer

    • You can also pay for the goods through the advance payment with invoice by bank transfer. After payment registration, we will ship the goods to you.

  4. The variable symbol for payments is the number of your advance invoice

  5. Payment on delivery

    • Payment for the goods is paid in cash directly to the courier.

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment and takeover by consumer. However, the risk of damage to the goods passes by takeover of the goods by the consumer. Consumer billing information cannot be changed after sending the order.
