What personal data we collect
If you order goods or services with us, we collect mainly data that is marked as mandatory in the order process. Required data are only those without which we are unable to process your order, such as your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the subject of the order itself.
After the delivery of the goods you may be sent an e-mail asking for the valuation of the purchased goods and our services.

Making data available to third parties
On delivery of goods: the transport company we work with. This is the delivery address and contact details, in the case of cash on delivery, the amount to be paid. The carrier is entitled to process the personal data that we transmit to him only for the purpose of delivering the goods.
For external data processing: partners we work with. They process the data for us based on our instructions and in accordance with this document. Our suppliers adhere to all necessary safety, technical and organizational measures to provide personal data protection.

How long we process your personal information
We process personal data that is necessary for the proper performance of our services or the fulfillment of our obligations for the period of time specified by or in accordance with applicable law.
In the case of personal data processing based on our legitimate interest, we store data until the reason for processing is discontinued. Usually at most 5 rokov.
In the case of the processing of personal data by consent, your personal data will generally be processed for 5 rokov or until the consent is revoked.
Personal data security
We are very concerned about protecting your personal information and working hard to keep your personal information safe. We strive to use security, technical and organizational measures that provide sufficient security with respect to the state of the art and are regularly updated. All communication between your device and our site is encrypted. We protect the database containing personal data from damage, destruction, loss and misuse. We store your user account password in hashed form so that it is not possible to decrypt it even if an unauthorized person receives this information.
What are your rights
Because we process your personal information, you have multiple rights. If you exercise any of these rights, we will notify you of your request within 30 days of receipt of the request.

Right to access data
You can ask us to send you an overview of the personal information we process about you. We will provide you with information about what we process for you, for what purpose, to whom it was provided and how long we will keep it.
Right to data portability

If you believe that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you can request us to correct it.However, we recommend that you simply correct the data within your account
Deletion right
You can ask us to delete your data. Deletion will not affect the data we have to keep by law. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right of deletion and should remove all your personal data if technically possible with regard to available technology and costs.
Right to restrict processing
You may request us to temporarily limit processing in the following cases:

- if your personal data is processed illegally
- if we no longer need your personal information for processing, but you need it for your own purposes to prove, enforce, or defend your legal claims
