What is the average delivery time?

Delivery time depends in our stock availability.

We ship the goods marked as in stock every working day. The average delivery time via the selected courier service within Slovakia is 1-2 working days. When choosing Slovak post service, the average delivery time is 1-3 working days. You can track the status of your order using the tracking number you received in your email inbox.

For products that are not in stock, the delivery time may be extended to several days. This delivery time depends mainly on the speed of transport and the availability of goods in external stores, which may be located outside Slovakia. Especially with the current border measures, we cannot guarantee the same speed of delivery to other countries.

How can I pay for the goods?

During the ordering process, you have the option of choosing from the various payment options offered.

You can pay for your goods in the following ways:

  1. Card payment online - via a secure payment portal. The fastest and safest way to pay.
  2. Payment by bank transfer - You can find bank account numbers below. For the correct payment, it is necessary to fill in the correct variable symbol - the number of your invoice, otherwise it is not possible to correctly match the payment, which may extend the delivery time of the goods.
  3. Cash on delivery when receiving the goods from the courier - depending on the method of transport chosen, it is possible to pay for the goods by card.
  4. Payment in cash at personal pickup - payment in one of our shops.
  5. Invoice payment - suitable for wholesale customers.

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment and takeover, but the risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer by taking over the goods. Buyer's billing information cannot be changed retroactively after sending the order.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the goods and want to return them?

If the ordered goods are not according to your taste, it is possible to return them. Thanks to our simple return-goods process, you can do it easily, quickly and, most importantly, without worries.

 

Procedure for returning goods:

  1. You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods
  2. Fill out the return form
  3. In the last point of the form, upload us a photo or a scan of the invoice / bill and a photo of the packaged product in the original packaging
  4. Submit the return form.



When sending your goods, you have two options:

  1. You will pack and send the goods at your own expense to the following address::

Conditions for returning goods:

  1. The date of dispatch of the goods for return must be within 14 days of receipt
  2. You must fill in the return form, including the bank account number in the form of IBAN.
  3. The goods must not be used, they must contain all the original labels, packed in the original packaging, so that it is possible to sale it again.
  4. In the event of damage to the goods, we are entitled to a reduction of the refund amount by the costs associated with putting it into sale condition.

How is my personal data processed?

Securing the personal data of our customers is our number one priority. When operating the KNIFESTOCK online store, we process only those personal data that are necessary to create an order and are marked as mandatory fields in the ordering process - mainly name and surname, delivery address, telephone and email contact.

In case of contacting us, we only process the personal data via the contact form, which are marked as mandatory.
