1. STEP - choose a product

• Searching for a product via SITE SEARCH

For a quick searching use our SITE SEARCH. Just write down the product name, its code or EAN code. Sometimes, it is possible to write down only a part of it, for instance the initial letters and the product you are looking for will be displayed automatically in the menu. If there is another variation of the product in our offer, or a combination with another type of goods, a menu will be opened automatically. Here you can choose the type of goods you like the most. 

• Searching for a product via WEBSITE MENU BAR

If you are more comfortable with searching for a product via the WEBSITE MENU BAR, you can do so via the top bar of the page. Just click on "All products", where the main menu will scroll up and you can search for products easily. Each product category has also its subcategories, in order to guarantee you that you get the right type of product you are looking for.

• Searching for a product via PARAMETER FILTER

For a more detailed searching, you can choose the PARAMETER FILTER "Filter products" placed on the left side in the given subcategory above the displayed products. Here you can define the price, brand or other parameters and features of the products in particular categories.

2. STEP - make an order 

Ater you have chosen a product, you can make an order by phone, the website, or e-mail communication.

Here you can find the whole process of making an order described step by step. 

• For a selected product, check the material, a color design and a number of products. If you have chosen and checked the product, press the icon labelled as "ADD TO CART". If you want to buy something from the recommended products COMBI DEAL, just add it to the cart in the newly displayed window.

• If you have choosen a product and checked for other recommended products, just click on the "CONTINUE TO CART" icon. But, you still have the option to return and "CONTINUE SHOPPING".

If you want to use the discount code, change the number of products or delete the product, you can do so directly in the "CART". If you want to add more products to the cart, just click on "CONTINUE SHOPPING".

• Before the last step "SEND ORDER, WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY", you will be asked to check the filled information and data, especially the phone number and e-mail address.
