The Drop Point blade is constructed from Sleipner steel, a robust type of tool steel. It is akin to an enhanced version of D2 steel, with a finer molecular structure that enhances its strength. Additionally, it offers superior edge retention. The blade is coated with DLC, which stands for 'Diamond Like Carbon'. This coating is exceptionally hard, even surpassing the hardness of the steel itself, making it highly resistant to scratches and providing protection against corrosion. Although DLC is extremely durable, it is a thin layer, so signs of wear will eventually appear.
The knife features a one-hand opening mechanism and a practical flipper, ensuring swift and effortless operation whether you're on the move or handling everyday tasks.
The handle is crafted from lightweight GRN (glass-reinforced nylon) in a black finish, offering a secure and comfortable grip. It includes a deep-carry wire pocket clip at the handle's end, secured with a stand-off, and can be adjusted for left-handed users.
