Product Description
Typical tear-shaped blade shape commonly used in English pocket knives as early as the 17th century, which makes the Barlow knife one of the oldest knife designs. The knife was likely named after a successful knife manufacturer in Sheffield, who started exporting their robust knife to North America around 1800. It quickly became very popular there. By the end of the 19th century, the first Barlow models appeared in the Boker Manufactory.
The Boker Barlow Prime is a new series with a modern-shaped blade made of N690, which opens with a thumbnail. It has a classic slipjoint lock, improved with a 90-degree half-stop. The handle is made of stainless steel and curly birch, with the Boker logo embedded.
