Product Description
The solid blade core crafted from a chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), is ideally designed for creating high-quality kitchen knives. It is hand-forged with the renowned Solingen expertise, structurally enhanced, and then hardened to 58 HRC. To extend the blade's lifespan and achieve an even finer edge, our traditional hand grind is meticulously polished.
The forged bolster provides a secure grip and safeguards the user from potential injuries in case of a slip. A distinctive design element of all knives in this series is the softly rounded spine. This feature makes the knife comfortable and easy to handle in any position, preventing discomfort on the hand—even when applying strong pressure to the spine, such as during a rock chop. The elegantly patterned and perfectly balanced walnut handles complete the cohesive and attractive appearance.
