Product Description
As one of the four blacksmiths, the dwarf Dvalin created the necklace Brisingamen for Freya, the Germanic goddess of love. In Norse mythology, this special necklace is said to be associated with magic, love, but also with sadness and suffering. Freya's tears in the sky always promised abundant fruit on the earth. However, it was the anger of Odin, the father of the gods, that often caused the goddess of love to unleash wars in the human world. Dirk Hofmeister from Midgard's Knives was inspired by Norse forging art and created a folding version of the popular knife Little Dvalin. The high-performance Dvalin Folder Drop impresses with its compact size.
The blade is made of D2 tool steel with a rough stonewash surface finish and a distinctive hollow groove on both sides designed for opening the knife. Grooves on the back of the blade promise a secure thumb rest for demanding cutting tasks. The blade in the open position is secured by a reliable framelock. The well-shaped handle made of G10 and stainless steel always fits securely in the hand. The clip matches the handle structure, while the lanyard hole increases carrying comfort.
Supplied with a high-quality nylon sheath for storage.
