Product Description
Classic Trapper has been a popular form of knife since the early 20th century as a versatile pocket knife and owes its name to American rangers who roamed North America as hunters. Hugo Asbach in Rüdesheim on the Rhine also invented German brandy at the turn of the century, which everyone still has on their lips as Asbach Uralt. The complex aging process is particularly important for the characteristic taste of this noble brandy, which takes place in small oak barrels made of Limousin oak wood, which matures for several years. Its wood has particularly large pores and allows air to pass through, so that the fine brandy can breathe and mature by exchanging air in this way. Combining the legendary knife with wood from barrels in which the famous German brandy matures, a unique model was created that will delight every true gentleman.
The blade made of beautiful Damascus steel opens with a notch in the blade and is held in the open position by a slipjoint spring mechanism. The knife does not have a lock. The handle is made of an alloy of copper, nickel, and zinc, and oak wood with Asbach engraving. The knife is not equipped with a pocket clip. Handcrafted in Boker Manufactory in Solingen and strictly limited to 299 pieces worldwide. Comes with a quality felt pouch for storage, a certificate of authenticity, and an individual serial number.
