Product Description
Avispa is a Spanish term for wasp, and this folding knife is the big brother of the amazing Zancudo knife. Avispa was also designed by survival experts from ESEE Knives, Mike Perrin and Jeff Randall. It features the same blade shape as the Zancudo model, but in a larger version to handle even more tasks. With this bigger blade, they needed a larger handle and what better knife platform than the amazing Ontario RAT 1. It's a very ergonomic handle that is great for tactical applications and comfortable for long-term use.
The blade made of D2 tool steel opens with a blade hole and is held in the open position by a framelock mechanism. The handle is made of durable FRN material and stainless steel. The knife is equipped with a pocket clip for convenient carry.
