The Ekko model is the result of the first collaboration between CJRB and Ray Laconico. Ekko draws inspiration from one of Ray Laconico's latest designs. It provides the perfect combination of robust functionality and gentlemanly elegance. Ekko is an exceptional knife with an unbeatable sense of style and practicality.

The blade is made of AR-RPM9 powdered steel, which combines the mechanical properties of D2 steel and the corrosion resistance of Sandvik 14C28N steel. The blade opens using a hole in the blade and is held in the open position by a liner lock mechanism. The handle is made of durable micarta. The knife is equipped with a pocket clip for carrying.

Schönes Messer, guter Detent, gute Action, gut zu Öffnen mit Spydflick. Micarta auch schön. Gefällt mir besser als die Buttonlock Variante. Frontflipper okay.

Nôž ako taký za tie peniaze nie je zlý, ale určite sa v tej cenovej kategórii nájde aj niečo lepšie. Micarta mi prišla menej kvalitná ako napr. u QSP. Otváranie a zatváranie tiež nebolo úplne hladké ale to by sa možno dalo poriešiť trochou oleja. Bol to môj prvý nôž od CJRB, tak ešte nejaký od nich určite skúsim ale spracovaním sa napr. s Kizerom nedá absolútne porovnať.

This knife is super nice. Much better ergonomics than the button lock version. The action is excellent on mine. Super detent, and drop shut closing. Hair cutting sharpness, you can shave with it. Best knife for this price.
