Product Description
The name of the Pangui knife is inspired by the puma's claw. The "Mapuche" people, also known as "Araucanos", the inhabitants of Chile, in their native language "Mapudungun", used to refer to the puma or "mountain lion" as "Pangui". It was designed by Walter A Matthews to be worn around the neck.
The blade with full tang construction is made of high carbon steel 1095. The handle is made of walnut wood and is shaped to provide a firm grip. There is a string hole at the end of the handle.
The knife comes with a leather sheath with a neck chain.
