Russ, from his store in Fargo, North Dakota, designed the ExiTool to discreetly fit on any standard safety belt with a simple folding clip. It includes a seatbelt cutter and a window breaker made of tungsten carbide with a protective cover. The seatbelt cutter is carefully designed to be almost impossible to cut oneself with. The blade is made of high-carbon stainless steel and cuts through seatbelts with one quick pull.
