CRKT FREYR ™ Replacement Ax Handle CR-2746-2

For all those who have more strength than is healthy and need a replacement handle for their CRKT FREYR CR-2746 axe.

The handle is made of quality Tennessee Hickory wood, which is treated with lacquer for greater durability and lifespan of the wood. The packaging includes a head securing device.

Replacing the handle:

1. To replace the damaged handle with a new one, place the old handle on the ground and carefully strike it with a hammer until it loosens.
2. Then slide the new handle through the head with the narrower end until it stops at the thicker end.
3. Turn the axe so that the head and the end with the thicker end are facing downwards and strike forcefully against the ground or a solid surface several times to seat the head onto the handle.
Before use, check the head to see if it has become loose due to moisture.
