Contact C Black, compact version of the large model Contact. The aim was to create a more manageable, easily portable, yet still reliable tool with a large blade for any outdoor or tactical use. The requirements of modern battlefield require modernization of individual soldier's equipment. ER Company keeps up with modern trends by offering a series of lightweight tactical knives of the new generation for professionals.

The blade is made of quality Bohler N690 steel. It has a one-sided guard to protect the fingers. The handle is made of durable and anti-slip Forprene material with a lanyard hole.

It comes with a nylon sheath that is compatible with the MOLLE system.

Messer top, Scheide so lala. Warum diese Verriegelung aus Plastik am Rücken des Messers? Scheint mir nicht sehr langlebig zu sein. Wird sich zeigen. Die Klemmung bei den herkömmlichen Scheiden war doch ok und hat auch Messer von anderen Herstellern gehalten (Wildsteer Krypton z.B.) Dennoch eine schön leichte Klinge von ER!

Wie immer ist das Messer schnell und optimal verpackt geliefert worden. Ich war zu jedem Zeitpunkt über den Liefer- und Zustellstatus informiert. Das Messer selbst ist, wie von Extrema Ratio gewohnt, perfekt verarbeitet. Einem Härtetest habe ich es nicht unterzogen, aber ich denke, dass der N690-Stahl auch hier die erwarteten Qualitätsmerkmale aufweist. Das Contact C wird hier mit Sicherheit nicht meine letzte Anschaffung gewesen sein.
