The Fällkniven diamond sharpener D12 is an ideal solution for quickly sharpening kitchen knives. The D12 sharpener preserves the microscopically tiny teeth on the sharpened knives, which can achieve surprisingly good results with certain types of food (e.g. bread). It is recommended to use it in combination with the Fällkniven C12 sharpener, which is used for final honing.
