Fenix rechargeable lamp CL30R (650lm) CL30R

Fenix CL30R is an extremely powerful rechargeable camping LED lamp that can be used to illuminate rooms, campsites, tents, or work desks. High-brightness LEDs hidden under a cylindrical diffuser provide a light output of up to 650 lumens (ANSI) with a neutral shade of white light and a runtime of up to 300 hours. The CL30R is powered by three 18650 Li-ion batteries with a capacity of 2600 mAh (included in the package), which are charged directly in the lamp using a micro-USB connector. In case of emergency, the lamp can be powered by only one or two batteries (with reduced runtime) or six disposable CR123A batteries. The camping LED lamp offers a total of six lighting modes and is equipped with a battery status indicator. The lamp is also equipped with a USB output, so it can be used as a power bank for charging mobile phones and other USB devices. Thanks to its durable and impact-resistant construction with an IPX-7 rating, the lamp is waterproof up to a depth of 1 meter. The top of the camping lamp is equipped with a hanging loop. The mounting options are further expanded by a tripod thread on the bottom of the lamp.

All parameters of the luminaire (light output, battery runtime, waterproofness, range, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Lamp operation

From the factory, there may be a black insulating cover inside the lamp on the batteries, remove it before first use. To turn on or off, hold down the side button for about 1 second. The five levels of brightness are switched by pressing the button, and the flashing mode is activated by a double quick press of the button.

Battery capacity indication - when the lamp is off, a short press of the button activates four status LEDs on the top. The number of lit LEDs indicates an approximate battery charge level (less than 35%, 36-60%, 61-85%, more than 85%). When the batteries are almost depleted, the lamp automatically switches to lower brightness modes and the status LED starts blinking.

Charging

To charge the LED lamp, remove the rubber cover of the micro-USB connector. Connect it using the included USB cable to a computer, a USB power adapter, or a car USB adapter. It is also possible to charge it with a standard mobile phone charger with a micro-USB connector. During charging, four status LEDs on the top will blink, and after a full charge, all LEDs will stay on continuously.

The batteries do not suffer from memory effect, so they can be recharged at any time and it is not necessary to wait until they are fully discharged. Charging fully discharged batteries takes about 8.5 hours (depending on the strength of the charging source used).

During charging, the lamp can only be used in the 100 lumen mode.

To power external USB devices (power bank function), connect the cable to the USB connector of the camping lamp.

Warning

If the sealing O-rings on the flashlight show signs of damage, replace them. The rings should also be lubricated if there is no erosion of the rubber. By regularly lubricating the sealing O-rings, your flashlight will be protected against external influences. If the flashlight blinks or does not turn on, it may be caused by:

- The batteries are almost depleted - recharge or replace them.

- In the case of using disposable CR123A batteries, do not attempt to charge them in the flashlight.

- The contacts inside the flashlight are dirty - clean them and apply     Deoxid or any other contact preparation.

- The head, body, or tail cap of the flashlight is loose - apply lubricant to the sealing rings and tighten the head and end of the flashlight.

- Insert the batteries with the positive pole facing the head of the flashlight to prevent damage to the flashlight.

- It is not recommended to fully discharge Li-ion batteries as it shortens the battery life. If you notice a significant decrease in brightness on your flashlight, it is necessary to recharge the battery.

- The flashlight has a high light output. Do not look directly into the reflector while it is on and be careful not to shine it directly into the eyes of other people.
