Fenix ​​Rechargeable Headlamp HM71R (2700lm.)

Fenix HM71R is a high-performance rechargeable headlamp that offers a light output of up to 2700 lumens (ANSI). The headlamp is equipped with two light sources. The long-range reflector features a Luminus SFT-70 LED, which illuminates up to a distance of 230 meters. The wide reflector features a Luminus SST-20 LED with neutral white light and a high color rendering index (CRI) of 90, providing 500 lumens of light with a wide and smooth beam. It is powered by a rechargeable 21700 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh, which can be charged directly in the headlamp via the USB-C connector. An indicator LED is built into the control button, allowing you to know when the battery needs to be charged. The flashlight has a magnetic tailcap, making it easy to attach to any iron surface. The light is powered by digitally regulated constant current to ensure stable light output even with decreasing battery voltage (during gradual discharge).

The all-metal construction ensures high durability, optimal cooling, and is fully waterproof according to IP68 standard, up to a depth of 2 meters underwater. The durability is enhanced by a protective stainless steel bezel around the reflectors. The versatility of the headlamp is increased by the option to remove the light from the headband and use it as a handheld or work light. Additionally, the headlamp is equipped with a detachable steel clip, allowing you to easily attach it to a pocket or strap. All parameters of the flashlight (light output, battery runtime, waterproofness, beam distance, and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Modes:
- Long-range reflector: 2700 lumens (3 hours) -> 800 lumens (5 hours) -> 200 lumens (16 hours) -> 50 lumens (48 hours).
- Wide reflector: 500 lumens (8 hours) -> 200 lumens (16 hours) -> 50 lumens (48 hours) -> 5 lumens (400 hours).

Usage:
When the headlamp is turned off, it turns on in the last used mode of the long-range reflector by holding the button for 0.5 seconds (except when turning off in the highest mode, then it will turn on in the second-highest mode next time).

When the headlamp is turned off, it turns on in the lowest mode (5 lumens) of the wide reflector by quickly double-pressing the button.

When the headlamp is on, it can be switched between the long-range and wide reflector by holding the button for 1.2 seconds. Both reflectors cannot be activated at the same time.

When the headlamp is on, the power modes can be cycled through by short presses of the button, in the following order: 50 - 200 - 800 - 2700 lumens (when the long-range reflector is turned on) or 5 - 50 - 200 - 500 lumens (when the wide reflector is turned on). The flashlight has a memory for the long-range reflector and always turns on in the last selected mode (except when turning off in the highest mode, then it will turn on in the second-highest mode next time). For the wide reflector, it always starts in the lowest mode.

Battery charge status indication: By short pressing the button (when the headlamp is off), the LED indicator in the button is activated. If the indicator LED is green, the battery is charged to more than 80%. Green blinking indicates 50-80% capacity. If it is red, the battery is charged to 20-50%. Red blinking signifies less than 20% battery capacity.

Lockout against unintended activation: Loosen the battery cap of the headlamp by a quarter turn to interrupt the electrical contact and prevent the headlamp from turning on. The button can also be locked electronically - with the headlamp turned off, hold the button pressed for 3 seconds. After locking, the flashlight will flash four times. To unlock, hold the button for 3 seconds again.

Overheat protection: If the temperature of the headlamp exceeds 65°C, it automatically reduces the output in gradual steps until the temperature stabilizes. Once the temperature drops below 65°C, the highest output modes can be used again.

Low battery warning: If the battery voltage drops below a set level, the headlamp automatically switches to lower power modes. If the headlamp is already in the lowest power mode and the battery is critically low, the indicator in the button will start blinking red. However, the headlamp will continue to provide light until the battery is completely drained.

The package includes the Fenix HM71R headlamp, clip, ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 battery, spare O-ring, and a USB-C charging cable.

Optional black straps without reflective elements (AFH-02) can be purchased. Suitable for hunting, military, or police use.

It is also possible to purchase USB adapters for mains or car charging, Fenix APB-30 holster, twofish bikeblock or lockblocks holders, or a handlebar mount for cyclists.
