Karambit is currently used as a combat knife for self-defense, and its specific construction allows for special techniques to be performed. Technical specifications The blade is made of top-quality stainless cobalt steel N690Co, which has excellent cutting properties. The hardness of the steel is 58-59 HRC. The knife can be opened with one hand using the hole in the blade or by pressing the flipper.
In addition, the knife can be opened while being pulled out of the pocket, thanks to the reverse hook on the back side of the blade, which hooks onto the pocket's edge and opens the blade.
