Ganzo Knife Firebird Stainless Steel FH12-SS

The Firebird FH12-SS blade has a length of 8.7 cm with a maximum thickness of 3.3 mm. It is suitable for working with various materials and thanks to the high hardness of the metal, the blade is durable. The manufacturers have chosen D2 quality steel for the Firebird FH12-SS blade. Its properties are influenced by semi-stainless steel, so the knife is recommended to be stored in dry conditions. This metal is hardened to a hardness of 60HRC. Another characteristic of the Firebird FH12-SS knife is that the blade is almost opaque due to the metal being ground using the Stone Washed method.

The handle is also made entirely of steel, although corrosion-resistant metal is chosen for it. It has a very simple shape and has only a finger groove at the bottom. The knife is opened with a flipper and in the open position provides additional finger protection, continuing along the line of this groove on the handle. In addition, a steel clip is screwed onto the handle of the knife, which can be easily moved to the other side.
