Gerber 06 FAST Tanto represents a dimensionally and strength-wise impressive tactical pocket tool. The blade is significantly large, with a characteristic Tanto shape, black, pointed, and equipped with deep serrations that are typical for tactical knives. This combination creates properties suitable for tactical deployment. Another significant factor is the ability of quick opening with the assisted mechanism FAST, which reinforces the impression of its tactical nature.
The handle is made of durable material G10, which provides exceptional strength with low weight. The ergonomic design of the handle with finger grooves ensures a reliable grip. The used steel 7Cr17MoV is resistant to corrosion. The shape of the Tanto blade originates from Japanese culture. Part of the blade is serrated, which proves advantageous when cutting materials with high fiber content, such as cardboard or rope.
On the side of the handle, there is a button that serves to secure the knife. This way, it is possible to prevent unwanted opening or closing of the knife. The practical pocket clip ensures that you won't forget the tool when carrying it in your pocket.
