The Herbertz rescue knife has a tanto blade made of blackened, stainless steel AISI 420. The blade can be easily opened with a thumb stud, and a blade lock securely holds it in place. The aluminum handle has a metal tip for breaking glass, as well as a cutter for belts, ropes, and straps. The knife can be conveniently carried with a clip.
