The quick lock feature allows you to effortlessly unscrew the HORL® 3 grinding disk and swap it for another disk or whetstone, offering versatility for all your sharpening needs. Its magnetic angle support ensures a consistent and reproducible grinding angle, delivering professional-level sharpening every time.

For stability, the HORL® Grip Pad provides an anti-slip effect, keeping your blade securely in place during the sharpening process.

Choose between two sharpening angles. The 20° sharpening angle is ideal for European kitchen knives and pocket knives, ensuring long-lasting sharpness. The 15° sharpening angle is primarily used for Japanese kitchen knives that require a thin and razor-sharp edge.
