Thanks to the quick lock feature, you can effortlessly unscrew the HORL® 3 grinding disk and swap it for another disk or whetstone, offering versatility for all your sharpening tasks. Its magnetic angle support ensures a consistent and reproducible grinding angle, delivering professional-grade sharpening every time.

For added stability, the HORL® Grip Pad provides an anti-slip effect, keeping your blade securely in place during the sharpening process.

Choose between two sharpening angles. The 20° angle is ideal for sharpening European kitchen knives and pocket knives, ensuring long-lasting sharpness. The 15° angle is primarily used for Japanese kitchen knives that require a thin, razor-sharp edge.
