Leatherman and Steve Berliner. The goal of this duo was to create and introduce their idea of practical and handy, folding manual tools with multiple functions to the market. In that same year, Leatherman sold its first multitool - the PST (Pocket Survival Tool).
Wave - The world's most famous and best-selling multitool from Leatherman. Plus means that the tool has been enhanced with interchangeable plier jaws. It still contains 18 practical tools. Knives, saw, file, openers, and screwdrivers. Interchangeable plier jaws are practical and they greatly facilitate maintenance and service as well.
