Product Description
Muela knives are produced by a Spanish company that manufactures affordable and high-quality hunting knives, folding knives, luxury knives, and many others. When producing blades, Muela uses various types of steel such as 12C27 Sandvik, 14C28N, molybdenum-vanadium steel MOVA 60 with a hardness of 57-61 HRC, Inox 1-42 steel with a hardness of 54-58 HRC, and blades labeled 440 are made of Mova-60E steel. Muela Damascus knives are the result of a combination of two steels, RWL34 and MPC27, which have a hardness of 57-62 HRC.
Muela knife handles are adorned with quality materials including horn and various types of wood: olive, Africa Blackwood, Kingwood, Cocobolo, Amazonas Rosewood, and walnut wood.
The robust Muela Gavilan M outdoor knife is suitable for outdoor work. The blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel, which has undergone cryogenic processing to achieve greater hardness. The handle is made of black Micarta and has a hole with a cord for hanging. It comes with a black leather sheath.
