Nitecore NU40 is a powerful headlamp with a maximum brightness of up to 1000 lumens. This excellent headlamp features various lighting modes, making it ideal for use in different situations, such as camping, mountaineering, or hiking.
The operation of the Nitecore NU40 headlamp is easy thanks to the button on the top. Simply hold down the button to turn the light on or off. With a quick press, you can easily switch between different lighting modes. The headlamp is equipped with a holder that allows you to rotate the light by 72° to easily adjust the desired lighting angle.
The Nitecore NU40 headlamp has three different light beams: a pair of white LED lights with a brightness of 1000 lumens and a range of 100 meters, providing strong and bright light, and a red LED light that ensures you maintain night vision.
The headlamp offers various lighting modes for the primary white LED light, such as Turbo with 1000 lumens, High with 600 lumens and a runtime of approximately 6 hours, Mid with 100 lumens and a runtime of about 22 hours, Ultra-Low with 8 lumens and a runtime of approximately 120 hours, strobe mode, and SOS mode with 1000 lumens for emergency situations.
For the red light, there are steady output mode with 10 lumens and a runtime of approximately 50 hours, and a slow blinking mode with 10 lumens and a runtime of about 68 hours. The Nitecore NU40 is a reliable and versatile headlamp that provides you with the necessary light for various situations.
Charging the Nitecore NU40
You can charge the headlamp via the USB-C port, which is hidden under the screw cap. A full charge of the flashlight takes approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes. The light will notify you when it is fully charged: the blue LED light on the top of the battery will stop blinking.
