The handle is made of hard wood from French oaks, highly resistant to insects and mold, thanks to its high tannin content the wood has a beautiful yellow-brown color, with regular veining. The blade is made of modified stainless steel Sandvik 12C27. Thanks to the addition of chromium, it is corrosion-resistant and does not require any special maintenance. The carbon content of at least 0.40% provides excellent sharpness. Blade hardness 57-58 HRC.
