Product Description
The folding pocket knife Reel Steel Sylph RE-7141GB derives its name from 'sylph', an air spirit, inspired by the concept of layering in its integral handle design. This knife is crafted by Jakub Wieczorkiewicz of Poltergeist Works.
The blade, featuring a Drop Point design with a plain edge, is crafted from black-coated German Nitro-V steel. This stainless steel is known for its ease of sharpening, toughness, and excellent edge retention. The knife can be opened with one hand using the thumb stud and operates on phosphor bronze washers, ensuring smooth action. Once opened, the liner lock secures the blade, preventing accidental closure.
The handle is constructed from two double-folded pieces of stainless steel in a gold/copper hue. As indicated by its name, this steel is resistant to rust, though not entirely rustproof, so maintaining cleanliness and dryness is advisable. The knife includes a deep-carry pocket clip suitable for both right and left-handed users.
