The disassembly folding pocket knife REMETTE RT-WK1-A is an outstanding EDC knife that merges excellent functionality with a unique style.
The Drop Point style blade with a plain edge is crafted from M390 steel and finished by hand using the elegant Manual Fine Grinding Pearlescent Surface Effect method. Thanks to its alloy composition, it boasts extremely high wear resistance and superior corrosion resistance. Its high wear resistance ensures that the edge retains its shape, keeping the blade sharp for an extended period. Ceramic ball bearings ensure the smooth operation of the blade deployment mechanism. A discreet flipper allows for quick opening, and the knife can also be opened using an intricately milled pin in the wedge on both sides (Thumb Stud). The upper jimping wedge features a notched thumb rest, and the entire assembly is secured with the reliable and popular liner lock.
The handle is constructed from a 6AL4V titanium exoskeleton, onto which a monolithic housing is beautifully milled using CNC machine tools from a single piece of titanium. The entire piece undergoes a manual Ceramic Sandblasting process.
The knife is designed for easy disassembly, with three quick steps: push the switch, slide the cover vertically, and pull up and down.
A single-position titanium (right) deep-carry clip allows for discreet pocket carry in the tip-up position (blade tip up).
