Featuring an industrial precision flat, hard-wearing surface and a robust design, it ensures consistent and uniform sharpening for years of reliable use.
This sharpener is double-sided, offering both coarse and extra fine diamond surfaces. Utilize the coarse side with 325 grit (45 micron) to swiftly and effortlessly restore a dull or damaged edge. Use the extra fine side with 1200 grit (12 micron) for honing.
