The Spyderco Sprint Run Series showcases a limited-edition design crafted for enthusiasts and collectors. Utilizing Carpenter Technology's Micro-Melt PD#1 steel, this exclusive series is engineered for exceptional wear resistance and durability. Enhanced through the CarTech Micro-Melt powder metal process, the steel achieves an ultra-fine, consistent grain structure, offering remarkable performance. This premium material serves as the blade core of Spyderco’s lightweight Sprint Run models, available in very limited quantities.
Each blade is coated with a non-reflective titanium carbonitride (TiCN) finish, lending it a sleek, durable look. The handle, injection-molded in a rich burgundy shade, complements the blade’s sophisticated coating. Further enhancing the knife's appeal, the pocket clips, lock bars, and hardware feature a black finish that perfectly contrasts with the burgundy handle.
Spyderco Sprint Runs are unique, limited production variations of standard models, often featuring exclusive materials or colors. Each Sprint Run is limited to approximately 600 or 1,200 pieces, determined by Spyderco, making these knives highly sought-after collectibles.
