Product Description
Tough, high-quality lock, blade with a high carbon content, all made in Golden, Colorado, USA. These three attributes create one of the strongest knives from Spyderco to date. Patented by Spyderco, the Manix 2 has a ball bearing lock. This is a hardened free-floating ball bearing that is housed in a typical hi-tech polymer cage. The ball bearing lock allows the lock to self-adjust and securely lock with certainty. The strength of the Ball Bearing Lock, which evolves over time, endures tough work with a secure, versatile, and comfortable grip. The ergonomics in this design are unique. The blade is made of CPM-S30V steel. It is flat with aggressive thumb notches (jimping) for a good thumb grip while cutting. The blade is opened with a super-sized round hole from Spyderco. The handle is made of black G-10 material. It is slip-resistant and works well with gloves! The pocket clip is dual-position. The knife also has a large lanyard hole or strap hole.
