Product Description
Spyderco Techno 2 is a small but very robust pocket knife. As a result, Spyderco calls it a "small, big knife". The knife is made in collaboration with Polish knife maker Marcin Slysz. For this reason, Marcin Slysz's logo is displayed next to the famous Spyderco logo on the other side of the blade.
Techno 2 is an improved version of the famous Spyderco Techno. For example, Techno 2 has green anodized spacers between the handle instead of the blue backspacer G10. The blade also has a different shape. After all, Techno 1 has a spear point blade and Techno 2 has a sheepfoot blade. In addition, Spyderco made the blade one millimeter thinner at the request of many customers. Even the jimping on the spine of the blade has been improved to provide a better grip for the thumb when using the knife. In short, Techno 2 can definitely be called a true successor!
Techno 2 is built like a tank. The blade has absolutely no play when locked by a solid titanium frame lock. The handle is made of titanium with a thickness of 3.5 mm. The frame lock eliminates the need for additional steel liners. This allows the knife to be easily cleaned.
Techno is a great pocket knife for anyone who doesn't want to constantly carry a big knife but still appreciates the strength of a heavy-duty knife when needed.
