Product Description
Spyderco Waterway is an interesting fixed blade knife for fishing. Waterway was designed by Lance Clinton, a kayaking expert with thousands of hours of experience. At first glance, Waterway looks like a very normal knife. Nothing could be further from the truth. Waterway is completely rust-proof!
How did Spyderco manage to do this? The blade is made of LC200N steel. It is a remarkable stainless steel type that retains its sharpness well. The G10 handle is mounted on the handle construction to ensure that no screws or caps are visible from the outside. No saltwater can therefore get to places where it could erode. Because only G10 and the LC200N steel blade are exposed to the water, Waterway is completely rust-proof.
The G10 handle is enhanced with a milled square pattern. When gripping the knife, you can be sure that Waterway cannot slip out of your hands. Even when fishing in rough conditions. Although Waterway was primarily designed for fishing purposes, the knife is also suitable for everyday tasks. Waterway comes with a sturdy Kydex sheath with a clip for carrying it on a belt.
