The universal kitchen knife does not have a specific purpose and specification, it can replace other smaller or larger kitchen knives of various shapes. The universal kitchen knife has its place in every kitchen, it will be used if we do not have other knives at hand, but it is best to combine them with a longer and shorter blade - for example, for cleaning fruits and vegetables, boning or larding.
