The Work Sharp Benchtop Whetstone Knife Sharpener for knife sharpening. It is placed in a plastic holder, which also serves as an aid in maintaining the correct grinding angle. The angle can be set to 15° or 17° within a few seconds.

The grinding stone builds on the tradition of grinding with river stones, which makes the blade precise and at the same time there is less debris to clean up after grinding.

It has 2 sides with different grits - brick-red side with a grit of 1000 (for grinding slightly dull knives) and white side with a grit of 6000 (for final polishing).
