Work Sharp Precision Adjust Elite is a knife sharpening system with adjustable angle that provides precision and perfect sharpening results. Sharpening angles can be set from 15° to 30° in 1° increments. The Tri-Brasive handles include diamond plates with grits 220, 320, 400, 600 and 800, as well as a ceramic plate with fine grit for repairs, sharpening and honing. The leather strap is used for final touches and blade polishing. The ceramic rod on the handle is specially designed for sharpening serrated blades. The innovative clamp design ensures quick and reliable knife sharpening.
