Einfach ja! Hab den Ken onion Work Sharp, und da dieser schleifaufsatz nun im Angebot war, musste ich zuschlagen... Ich finde den original Work Sharp echt gut, um schnell auf Gebrauchsmessern ne Schärfe drauf zu bekommen. Für hochwertige Messer verwende ich aber doch meine Tormek T8. Mit dem jetzigen Aufsatz ist das schnelle Schleifen noch schneller geworden, und i-wie auch angenehmer. Der einzige Wermuthstropfen ist allerdings, dass man das Messer frei von Hand führen muss... es gibt hier keine fixe Führung halt... Zusätzlich kann man nur die original Schleifbänder kaufen (die entsprechend kosten). Für den "normalen" Work sharp kann man die Schleifbänder auch deutlich günstiger auf chinesischen Verkaufsplattformen kaufen...

Using this attachment, you sharpen both knife sides with the belt moving away from the edge. While the factory machine does one side away, one side towards the edge. The edge will be more symmetrical this way. It is also better for longer blade knives, because you can use both your hands keep the blade steady.

Das war genau der Zusatz, der noch gefehlt hatte. Die Möglichkeit unterschiedlichste Schneiden zu schleifstein ist gegeben. Bach etwas Übung möchte man nichts anderes mehr benutzen.

Tento nástavec má lepšie využitie ako originál, ktorý je súčasťou brúsky Work Sharp. Dajú sa s ním brúsiť nože rôznej dĺžky, mačety, sekery a pod. Najjemnejším pásom zo sady dosiahnem zrkadlové ostrie.

Nástavec jsem použil zatím na scandi a konvex výbrus. Scandi real steel pukko a konvex F1. V obou případech to dopadlo dobře, pukko je tak ostré, že se bojím vyzkoušet jestli holí, aby se nezařízl hned do kůže. Je tady větší nárok na šikovné ruce, protože tady nejsou žádné vodítka jako u nástavce, který dojde s bruskou. Ale pokud chcete mít broušení allinclusive, je tento nástavec potřeba. Takže velká spokojenost.

Ez egy nagyszerű termék, igazából a Work Sharp Ken Onion gépet ezzel a kiegészítővel kellene adni. Szélesebb szalag van rajta, sokkal több és jobb lehetőségek vannak az élezéshez, mint amivel eredetileg adják a gépet. Őszintén szólva már csak ezzel a kiegészítővel élezek.

Ich habe zahlreiche manuelle Schleifmethoden ausprobiert und viele Geräte Zuhause. Der Ken Onion mit dem Aufsatz ist mit Abstand die schnellste und für mich die beste Methode alle Messerarten zu schärfen. Mit ein bisschen Übung bekommt man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten perfekte Ergebnisse. Die Klingen erhalten einen leicht balligen Schliff. Das muss man natürlich mögen.

The coarse belt removes metal fast, in case you need to reprofile / remove dents or chips. Easy to set desired angles. I managed to sharpen a knife spine to 90 degrees using the vertical portion of the belt. Very versatile tool attachment.
