The ANV M311 Spelter is an impressive survival knife crafted in the Czech Republic by Acta Non Verba Knives. This sturdy knife is designed for extreme conditions and was developed in collaboration with operators from various divisions of the Czech Armed Forces. It has been tested globally, from the icy environments above the Arctic Circle to the intense heat of Southeast Asia.
The blade's edge is well-balanced in shape, making it highly versatile. It features a relatively pointed tip, a rounded belly, and a substantial straight section, ensuring the M311 Spelter is adaptable to any setting.
The blade is constructed from Elmax steel, a premium-grade steel known for its excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. For this edition, ANV applied a durable DLC coating, which is matte to minimize light reflection.
The handle is crafted from micarta, a high-quality material composed of canvas and synthetic resin. It provides a comfortable grip and enhanced traction, further improved by the fine grooves on its surface. In wet conditions, micarta excels as the fibers expand, offering even more grip.
The ANV Knives M311 Spelter is equipped with a snug kydex sheath, featuring two MOLLE clips for secure attachment to a MOLLE or PALS compatible bag or vest. These clips can also be used for belt carry.
