Product Description
A solid blade made from a chrome, molybdenum, and vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), which is perfectly suitable for premium kitchen knives, is hand-forged by Solingen craftmanship, structurally optimized, and then hardened to 58 HRC. In order to have longer blade life and even smoother cutting, our traditional manual sharpener is highly polished.
The forged bolster ensures a secure grip and protects the user from possible injuries in case of slipping. The special feature of the design of all knives in this series is a slightly rounded spine. This makes the knife lightweight and easy to handle in any position, preventing unpleasant pressure on the hand - even when a strong pressure is applied to the spine, for example when cutting through tough materials.
The practical and perfectly balanced handle made of synthetic material completes the overall picture. The knives are highly resistant to moisture and can be confidently used in professional restaurants. Especially in the kitchen, hygiene must always meet the highest standards.
