Product Description
Strong blade made of chrome, molybdenum and vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), which is perfectly suitable for premium kitchen knives production, is hand-forged by Solingen craftsmen, structurally optimized, and then hardened to 58 HRC. In order to have a longer lifespan and even smoother cutting, our traditional hand grinder is highly polished.
The forged bolster ensures a secure grip and protects the user from possible injury in case of slipping. The special feature of the design of all knives in this series is a slightly rounded back. This makes the knife lightweight and easy to handle in any position, preventing uncomfortable pressure on the hand - even when strong pressure is applied to the back, for example when slicing a rock-hardened piece.
The practical and perfectly balanced handle made of artificial material completes the overall image. The knives are highly moisture-resistant and can be used without hesitation in professional restaurants. Especially in the kitchen, hygiene must always meet the highest standards.
