Product Description
The Casström No. 10 Swedish Forest Knife is an amazing outdoor knife made in Sweden. When you hold this knife in your hand, you immediately notice its amazing ergonomics. This knife feels great in the hand! The slightly peculiar-looking "bend" of the handle contributes to a comfortable grip. Casström designed this knife as a versatile outdoor knife. Hunting, fishing, food preparation, bushcraft: this knife can handle it all.
The blade is made of Böhler K720 steel. It is a type of steel similar to O2 steel. Very hard steel that is easy to sharpen. However, it is important to oil the blade after use: K720 is not stainless. This version is enhanced with a scandi grind. The blade is slightly thicker, which makes the edge better for working with wood.
The handle is made of curly birch. It is treated with linseed oil. We recommend using the same oil occasionally to protect the wood. There is a black spacer between the wood and the handle.
The Casström No. 10 Swedish Forest knife comes with a leather sheath. This sheath has a belt loop for belts up to (approximately) 6 cm.
