Product Description
The Casström Woodsman knife is a bushcraft knife for people who often work with wood. After all, the scandi grind on the blade was used exactly for this reason. The knife was designed by Roger Harrington, a bushcraft trainer who started his training in 1996. Like all Casström knives, this one also handles very well.
The blade is made of Böhler K720 steel, which is a type of tool steel similar to O2 steel. It is easy to sharpen and very durable. After use, the blade needs to be coated with a layer of oil, as K720 is not stainless. This edition has been improved with a scandi grind. The blade itself is slightly thicker and the edge is more suitable for working with wood.
The handle is made of curly birch. Casström has stabilized this wood to make it as resilient as possible.
The Casström Woodsman knife comes with a discreet leather sheath that is equipped with a belt loop.
