Cold Steel San Mai® SRK 35an - KNIFESTOCK

Product Description

A universally applicable knife that is popular among a wide range of users. It is suitable for every occasion. The blade has a sandwich construction called San Mai, in which the middle layer is made of high carbon steel and the two outer layers are made of tougher steel to prevent the middle layer from cracking. Such a blade holds the edge excellently and is also highly resistant to breaking. The handle is made of flexible Kray-Ex polymer, it is comfortable to hold and does not slip even in wet hands.

Also ich hab nun alle Versionen des "nicht compact" SRK (in sk5 Stahl und in 3v Stahl) -> alle Versionen sind (wenn man sie im Angebot kauft) auf jeden Fall ihr Geld wert. Rasierschärfe ist selbstverständlich (die sk5 Version ist nicht so scharf wie die anderen jedoch). Nachteil (aber das betrifft bislang so ziemlich alle Cold-Steel fixed blades) ist, dass die Glasfaserscheide das Messer bei öfterem rein und raus stecken stumpfer macht... Ansonsten, absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Large knife, with a beautiful blade, which is rather thick. The handle is grippy and really comfortable, even during demanding tasks. It's almost too nice to use that heavy as it's capabilities are.
