Product Description
The solid Selknam bushcraft knife was created as a tribute to the ancient inhabitants of Tierra del Fuego, who excelled in survival skills, hunting, and nomadic life. Veteran Walter Matthews, a specialist in survival techniques, created an exceptional tool for all bushcraft enthusiasts.
The blade with a full tang construction is made of carbon steel 1075. It has sharp edges on the backside for easy use of the included fire starter. In addition, it has several small protrusions that serve as thumb rests. The handle is made of durable micarta material. There are 2 cutouts in the handle for the fire starter. Another interesting feature is a small depression in the handle, which can be used when starting a fire with a "bow drill." The full tang construction protrudes beyond the handle at the end, which can be used for breaking or crushing.
The knife is supplied with a brown sheath with a fire starter and a small pocket, where you can store, for example, a survival kit.
