The blades of the Dellinger Okami 3 layers series are made of a core of Japanese AUS-10 steel with a hardness of 58-62 Rockwell, inserted between 66 layers of two stainless steels of different hardnesses, ensuring exceptional durability and toughness. The surface of the knife is ground to a matte shade, known as stonewashed. Thanks to its exceptional sharpness and a sharpening angle of 15 degrees, the sliced products will retain their shape and structure.
The handle is made of G-10 material and is adorned with a central mosaic pin featuring a samurai symbol. The handle fits perfectly in the hand, providing comfort during use.
