A solid blade made from a chrome, molybdenum, and vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), which is perfectly suited for the production of premium kitchen knives, is hand-forged by Solingen craftsmanship, structurally optimized, and hardened to 58 HRC. To ensure a longer lifespan and even smoother cutting, our traditional hand grinder is highly polished.
The forged bolster ensures a secure grip and protects the user from possible injury in case of slipping. The special feature of the design of all knives in this series is a gently curved back. This makes the knife lightweight and easy to handle in any position and prevents unpleasant pressure on the hand.
The practical and perfectly balanced handle made of synthetic material complements the overall picture. The knives are highly resistant to moisture and can be used without hesitation in professional restaurants. Especially in the kitchen, hygiene must always meet the highest standards.
Thanks to its long and thin shape, the slicing knife is ideal for precise cutting of meat and fish. Extremely thin slices can be cut as easily as cubes or evenly thick slices. The slicing knife is slightly more flexible than other knives and moves optimally through the meat.
