ESEE Model 3 also works well as a real utility knife for adventurers, tourists, hikers, or just for work on the farm. It is designed based on information from soldiers and police officers working mainly in the field. After several improvements to the original concept, it didn't take long for the ESEE-3 to become a tactical fixed blade that all others are judged by.

The handle is made of green micarta. The blade is relatively thick, made of 1095 steel with a black protective coating. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blade properly lubricated and cleaned. We recommend using a dry rust inhibitor. Model 3 also has some of the best carrying and mounting options. The molded black sheath holds the knife excellently, and the accessories offer more carrying options. It is compatible with the Molle System.
