Product Description
Gerber Downrange Tomahawk is a versatile tool designed for professionals. Its ability to function as an axe is obvious, as indicated by the name "Tomahawk". Although its blade is not sharp in the true sense of the word, it is suitable for more demanding chopping tasks and can be easily sharpened.
The end of the handle is supplemented with a pry bar, which can be used for inserting between door frames to open doors. The shape of the handle in the head area of the axe provides an additional grip when using the pry bar.
A hammer is located on the back side of the axe head.
The blade is made of stainless steel 420HC, which is hard enough to handle various tasks and durable enough not to break. To prevent reflections, the steel surface has been treated with Cerakote. The handle made of G10 material provides a reliable grip in various conditions.
Due to its size, Gerber Downrange Tomahawk is not intended for pocket carry and comes with a MOLLE-compatible sheath. This is great for situations when you want to attach the axe to a backpack with MOLLE system.
